Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Drifters Store.
If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at shop282888@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item. We’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns for:

  • Items that arrive damaged

  • Items with manufacturing defects

  • Wrong item received

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition

  • Include all accessories, remotes, batteries, etc.

  • Have photo or video evidence of the issue

  • Be approved by our support team before being returned

Items sent back to any address without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Return Process

  1. Email us at shop282888@gmail.com

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos or video showing the problem

  3. We will provide:

    • Return instructions

    • A return shipping address (Do NOT return products to the address on the package)

Note: Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement instead of a return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your item once it arrives.
If your RC drift car is:

  • Broken

  • Defective

  • Not working properly

  • Incorrect model or colour

Contact us immediately and we will fix the issue.

Non-returnable items

  • Change of mind

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Orders still within the estimated shipping time

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

RC cars are electronic goods — so for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used, crashed, or modified vehicles.

Exchanges

If your return is accepted and you want a different model or colour, we can process an exchange.
The fastest method is to request a refund and reorder once approved.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel your order within 14 days for any reason.
The item must be unused and in original condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within:

  • 3–10 business days
