Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that order processing does not include shipping time.

Shipping Time

  • RC Drift Cars: 8–11 business days for some products, 11–18 business days for others, depending on the supplier.

  • Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Standard shipping is included in the price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

International Shipping
If you ship outside Australia, delivery times and costs may vary. Customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

Damages or Lost Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged or lost, contact us at shop282888@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt.

  • We will investigate and, if necessary, replace the item or issue a refund.

Changes or Cancellations
